About 2.4% of people around the world have had a diagnosis of bipolar disorder at some point in their lifetime, according to the first comprehensive international figures on the topic. The United States has the highest lifetime rate of bipolar disorder at 4.4%, and India the lowest, with 0.1%.

How many times does Charlie Sheen have to go on air and tell people it is called Bi Winning!  He knows best.  CNN needs to stop over reacting and start listening to Charlie Sheen.  I don't mind that 4.4& of the U.S. will be diagnosed with Bi Winning in their lifetime.  We need more people like Charlie Sheen.
