Who'd You Rather: Public Speaking

Who'd you rather is coming back with another tough one.  We have on one hand Serene Branson who is the reporter that covered the Grammys.  She supposedly had a stroke on TV which is a piss poor excuse for giving way too much head.  I believe she has given sooo much dome that she can't even think straight anymore.  So the girl who gives the best blowie this side of the Rio Grande just can't speak.  On the other hand though we have Miss Teen South Carolina who we all know is special in her own way.  She can actually speak English and pronounce words.  However,  I think the reason she was confused is because she simply is a dumb blonde who has had way too much sex for her own good.  She is a girl that likes to have a lot of fun, probably a freak in the sheets.  But, she can't think straight and she just mixes words together that don't belong together.  The choice here is which one is hotter since they both are smoking and they both are blondes.  The choice is who'd you rather bang.  Serene Branson the expert at the brain game or Miss Teen South Carolina the mentally retarded freak in the sheets...?
